CUSTOM FINISHES: All custom finishes are an additional 20-50%. If it is a finish that requires the purchase of a non-stocked color a surcharge will be added.


Return Policy

In the event that you receive an order from us that isn't to your satisfaction or just doesn't work for your space, we will gladly accept the return back WITHIN 7 DAYS of the item being delivered by filling out the form below. CANCELLATIONS: Must be in writing to acquirecabinets.com and be received by Acquisitions within 7 days of placing the order to receive a full refund, less shipping.

* NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERED FIXTURES ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.

1. The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless arrangements are made PRIOR to the sale.

2. You are responsible for the return freight back to us. All returns will be credited for the item(s) only. We do not refund for any shipping or handling charges from your original order.

3. Items being returned to us need to arrive in saleable condition and MUST be returned to us via UPS or Federal Express. Please place a return address label over the original label and with no writing on the cartons.

* Items returned to us via USPS (United States Postal Service) will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee automatically. The Postal Service uses too many labels and markings on the cartons resulting in unusable cartons. The fee covers reboxing and getting the items back in saleable condition. Thank you for understanding. We REQUIRE that you contact us by using the form below prior to returning any goods back to us. Goods returned without notification may be delayed in getting processed and credit issued.

4. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OR HER RETURNED GOODS UNTIL THEY ARE IN OUR POSSESSION. This is extremely important. Items lost or damaged by the shipping company you use are your responsibility. Please save your tracking number in the event that it doesn't show up here. Refunds will not be issued without goods in hand or proof of delivery.

All returns must be sent to the address below exclusively. Sending items back to an address other than our distribution center below will not be refunded and/or credited for any reason.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will, unfortunately, result in a 25% restocking fee, with no exceptions. Upon inspection of the goods being returned, we will gladly refund your account less any shipping fees (where applicable). We understand that sometimes things don't appear in person like they do online and we are happy to refund your account under these conditions.
