Truck Freight:
All oversized items that cannot ship via standard ground will need to be delivered by truck freight. Truck shipments will be assessed an additional $150.00 fee during checkout. Truck deliveries will be delivered “curbside” and will require you to remove the item(s) from the truck with the assistance of the driver. Processing:
All orders placed through Acquisitions are processed and entered into our system within 1 business day. Due to the large selection we offer, it is impossible to stock every item in every finish. In many cases items are delivered within a 2 week time frame from the date of the order; however, many items may ship within days of being placed depending on stock levels. If you need shipment immediately, please call 866.539.4289 for the current availability and shipping options.
Orders will be shipped as goods are available whether they are in stock or need to be ordered from the manufacturer. You will be notified of the status after your order has been processed within our system. Orders may be shipped in multiple or partial shipments from Acquisitions.
Please refer to your account (if you registered with us prior to or during checkout) to the emails you will receive from us as to the latest status of your order. Our system will automatically update your account any time your order status changes and you will be emailed this information.
Lead Times:
All lead times for items not in stock are estimates based on the typical availability from the respective manufacturer. Please note that these are our best estimates and do not constitute any guarantee on the part of Acquisitions. Acquisitions will not be held responsible for expedited shipping charges stemming from any delay in the production or shipping of any items that aren't in stock in our warehouse.
